Thiago is the coordinating partner of the firm's Corporate Law/M&A, Contracts and Wealth Planning. He advises clients on national and international M&A transactions, as well as on joint ventures, greenfield projects and the creation of structures for foreign investments in Brazil. He also advises on matters of general corporate and contract law.

He specializes in advising families and individuals with significant assets in estate and succession planning.

Among the clients from multiple jurisdictions that he represents are: entrepreneurs, medium and large companies and private equity funds, operating in different sectors of the economy, in particular the sectors of consumer goods, services, real estate/shopping centers, agribusiness, technology, retail and Family office.

He is a lecturer on corporate and wealth planning topics for family offices, banks and financial advisors in Brazil and abroad.
